Shipping & Pickup Policy
In-Store Pickup & Curbside Service
In-store pickup is available for all online orders. Simply place your order through our webstore and select In-Store Pickup at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.
Curbside pickup is available for customers who prefer a contactless option. Select In-Store Pickup, then call the store once you arrive and we will bring your order out to you.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship anywhere within Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. If Canada Post delivers to your address, we can ship to you.
In the event of postal disruptions or strikes, we may use alternative shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates for all provinces and territories are calculated at checkout using Canada Post’s real-time rates.
FREE Expedited Shipping is available on all orders of $250 or more (before tax).

Delivery Expectations
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship every order on the next available shipping day.

Orders are packed Monday to Friday during store hours

Orders are delivered to Canada Post the same day or the next business day, depending on cutoff times

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
Please note: “Next available shipping day” refers to the next non-weekend business day.
Product Limitations
To ensure fair access to products:

Quantity limits may be applied to items deemed to be for resale or “buyout” purposes

Limits may be placed on high-demand or limited-supply products

Attempts to circumvent quantity limits may result in adjusted quantities at the account level
Order Verification
Large or high-value orders, as well as orders placed by new accounts, may be subject to verification. We may contact you to confirm payment details before processing your order.
Delivery Verification
For orders over $225, signature confirmation will be added at no additional cost using Canada Post’s proof-of-delivery service.
Sales Tax
All orders are subject to applicable taxes based on the laws of your province or territory.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
While we take great care when packing orders, mistakes or shipping damage may occasionally occur. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

Your order number
This will allow us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Pre-Order Products

All pre-orders ship on the official release date, not before

Delivery timelines begin from the release date and depend on your selected shipping method

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together on the pre-order release date
If availability is reduced, pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed, starting with the earliest.
Items Ineligible for Shipping
Certain items cannot be shipped via Canada Post, including:

Items containing pressurized contents (spray paints, varnishes, etc.)

Oversized, low-cost items (such as bulk card storage boxes)

Select limited-quantity products offered for local pickup only

Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
