Refund Policy

For the purposes of this policy, “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Brimstone Games.
“You,” “your,” or “the customer” refers to the individual making a purchase from Brimstone Games.

Product Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 21 days of the original purchase date.
Exchanges are available in-store only.
All shipping returns are at the customer’s expense, and the original order number must be provided.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or customer account is required to locate your order.

Manufacturer Issues

If a board game is received with missing or damaged components, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacements.
We are happy to assist by providing manufacturer contact information; however, we are unable to supply replacement pieces.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Individual paint pots and spray primers
Trading Card Game (TCG) products
TCG single cards
Sports products
Any item that has been opened or removed from its original packaging
Clearance items
Sports memorabilia

Order Cancellations & Payment Methods

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
- If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued for the total amount charged for that order.
If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be issued as in-store exchange only (in-store purchases).

Preorder Cancellation Policy

Preorders may be cancelled at any time, for any reason, up until the point of pickup or shipment.
Fully cancelled preorders may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the total order value, excluding any shipping fees paid.
This processing fee applies only to preorders placed on or after September 1, 2021, the original effective date of this policy.
