With at least 14 expected in every Hobby box, inserts help fill out the 2022-23 Upper Deck Allure Hockey checklist.
The most common choices come from Allure Quartz (1:12 packs), "the crown jewel of the insert sets," plus Blockers (1:5.14 packs), Game Stills (1:9 packs), Iced Out (1:7.2 packs) featuring a new design, and Runways (1:9 packs).
