Important announcement regarding online orders requiring shipping
We here at Brimstone Games value all of our guests and visitors, whether for local in-store pickups - or our new online store and what we ship out. Now that we ship out using Canada Post, they've been super overwhelmed because of the COVID-19 situation, the holiday season will definitely put more strain on their services. We still plan on aiming to process your online order and ship out within our next day (business day) promise to you - but please be understanding that during the holiday season, everything is put to the limit. We're excited to offer our guests that may not even be local...
Shipping now available for Canada!
We are really excited to announced that we will begin shipping anywhere in Canada starting Friday May 22, 2020. The shipping options on our web store will have some additional choices available this Friday. We are currently using Canada Post as our only shipping option. As long as Canada Post will deliver there, we can get it to you! Our goal is to ship everything the next available shipping day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship (hopefully) on Monday. This is all new to us so we hope you'll be patient as we learn the best ways...
