Updates to our Refund and Return Policy
Our post today is just a quick update to inform everyone that we've updated our Refund and Return Policy.
The Summary
- We added a section about preorders!
- We've added a 10% processing fee to cancelled preorders, equal to the order value minus the cost of shipping and any non-preordered or already fulfilled items (if any).
- We've clarified when you're allowed to cancel a preorder, and for what reasons (spoiler alert: any time, for any reason, so long as we haven't already fulfilled the preorder items).
- The wording of everything else remains unchanged. Minor formatting issues were fixed to tidy the place up a bit.
Anything we added to our policy goes into effect starting today, September 1st, 2021, and only affects preorders placed on or after today. Existing preorders won't be affected by this change.
That's basically it! This shouldn't affect most of you; the processing fee is only being added to address the sheer number of orders being made and then cancelled a day or two later. Everything else that we added is simply to clarify our existing policies in an easy-to-access place for everyone.
