Refund & Exchange Policy
- Refunds must be handled within 14 days of original purchase.
- Product must be sealed in the original packaging.
- Product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
- All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
- Example: Store credit will be refunded in store credit ONLY. Debit purchases will be refunded to a debit card.
- There will be no refunds on TCG products.
- Brimstone Games will not be held liable for missing or broken parts of games.
- All missing/broken parts should be handled directly through the manufacturer or producer of the product.
