Announcing ONLINE SALES – Local Delivery/Curbside Pick-up ONLY
Really excited to announce that we are just about ready to offer online orders! As many of you know, we recently made the switch to a Point of Sale program and retired our trusty old cash register. This change gave us the ability to put our entire inventory in to a database that will make it possible for you to purchase items from our website.
Our intention is to offer contact-less delivery or curbside pick-up only, for your safety and employees. Only online purchases through our website will be processed. All you need to do is create an account (it's free) and you're ready to go! When you create an account you'll also earn reward points for our loyalty program. Those of you that have already created accounts, you're all set. The account works for online purchases and in store (when we can safely re-open) and both purchase methods will earn you loyalty points! There are 100 bonus points available just for signing up.
Card lists for single cards from TCG games (Yugioh, MTG and Dragonball Super) will still be processed through our email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will do our best to get these lists processed as quickly as possible but it may not be same/next day service. These orders will also only be available through delivery or curbside pick-up. For the time being, the only payment option for card lists will be e transfer.
Hockey Cards and Legendary board game items will be available but only through email orders or facebook messages. Upper Deck has a pretty strict policy for online sales and without getting in to the details, it's our intention to comply with all the rules we agreed to as a Certified Diamond Dealer with Upper Deck. These orders will have to be paid via e transfer.
To start, we will be doing deliveries from 11AM-2PM on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Curbside pick-up will be available during those same times. We may expand these hours in the future based on demand. We will process orders on Mondays and Fridays. If you place an order Monday or Friday afternoon, it is unlikely to make the delivery schedule for the next day and will get pushed to the next delivery day. Deliveries will require a $25 minimum purchase. Deliveries will be limited to locations within 15kms of the store. If you are further away than that, it will have to be a curbside pick-up.
Curbside Pick-up will also be contact-less. We'll set up a table just outside the front door. Call the store when you arrive to pick-up your order and we'll drop it on the table where you can pick it up. Please stay by your vehicle until after our employee has dropped off your order and returned to the store. Our goal is to keep everyone as safe as we can at this time.
The webstore is functional but not pretty. We simply haven't had time to upload all the pictures and descriptions yet. Some are there, some are not. Please make sure you know what it is you want to order. If you are not certain, email email@example.com and ask. We will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges. To be blunt, it's just not safe to do that for any retailer right now. When you have placed your order and are ready to check out, you will have 2 options:

Please select the desired method before checking out. If you are choosing DELIVERY, please add your address and mobile phone number in the comment box so we can text you when we drop off your order. If you do not wish to leave your phone number, you can put an email but we won't be able to email until we return to the store. Deliveries will be limited to locations within 15kms of the store. If you are further away than that, it will have to be a curbside pick-up.
Please keep in mind that several manufacturers have halted production and shipping. Others have delayed the release of products. Many of the distributors are working with a reduced number of sales and warehouse staff. Not everything will be available all the time. Shortages are going to start occurring as distributors deplete their on hand stock. Items you expected to release this week or next month are potentially delayed or canceled. We will do everything we can to keep our inventory levels where you have to come to expect them but many things are going to be outside our control.
